Monarch Disposal is now Texas Disposal Systems!

Texas Disposal Systems, Inc. (TDS) is pleased to announce that we have finalized an agreement with Monarch Disposal, which includes TDS assuming control of Monarch Disposal’s current service. TDS looks forward to providing quality service to existing Monarch Disposal customers, as well as new customers. Please read below to learn about the changes that may affect you.

You will have already received your last Monarch Disposal invoice. TDS bills are generated the week prior to your service period, so depending on when you started your Monarch Disposal account, your first TDS invoice will be 15 to 30 days later than you would expect from Monarch Disposal.

Any payments or credit balances noted by Monarch Disposal for services to be provided after December 2nd will be honored by TDS. Customers that were billed by Monarch Disposal on a monthly basis can expect their bill for December service from TDS the first week of December. Quarterly billed customers will receive their first TDS invoice depending on their Monarch Disposal billing period as shown in the following table:

Our weekly service includes your cart, plus up to three bags. We ask that you have your carts ready on the curb by no later than 5 a.m. for collection. You may also contact our customer care team to schedule a bulky item collection for up to 3 cubic yards (approximately the size of a washer and dryer).

Our observed holidays are Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. On these days, service will slide one day for the remainder of the week. For example, on Thanksgiving, Thursday collection will slide to Friday, Friday collection will slide to Saturday and Saturday services will be unaffected.
