Program description: Texas Disposal Systems (“TDS”) operates SMS programs to send safety alerts, operational notifications, and service-related communications to employees and customers who have opted in.
Opt-in: By providing your mobile number and consenting through our onboarding process, internal operations site, or a TDS representative, you agree to receive SMS messages from TDS related to safety alerts, operational updates, and service notifications.
Message types: Messages may include emergency alerts, hazardous condition warnings, facility notifications, service updates, and other operational communications.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on operational needs and the urgency of communications.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. TDS does not charge for sending SMS messages.
Opt-out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages, unless you opt back in.
