Proud Silver Sponsor of the 2026 Ride
As a Silver Sponsor of the 2026 Bike MS: ACC Texas MS 150, Texas Disposal Systems was proud to support one of Texas’ most recognized fundraising rides and an event that’s been raising money for more than 40 years. The ride provided a meaningful opportunity to support riders, volunteers, and guests while helping advance sustainability efforts throughout the event. As TDS continues expanding services from Austin into Bryan-College Station, the route of the ride reflects the communities and regions we are proud to serve.
Supporting the Ride Through Sustainability Services
TDS provided waste, recycling, compost, sanitation, and rider facility services across the route and at major event locations throughout the weekend. More than 500 portable restrooms, including over 100 ADA-accessible units, along with handwashing stations, shower trailers, and upgraded restroom facilities helped support rider comfort and accessibility throughout the event. Trash, recycling, and compost stations were placed throughout the route to help riders and guests properly sort materials and support a more sustainable event experience. All collected materials were processed at the TDS facility in Creedmoor, Texas, helping turn waste into new resources and divert materials from the landfill.
Riding Together as Team TDS
The 2026 Bike MS: ACC Texas MS 150 was more than a sponsorship opportunity for TDS, it was a chance for employees, friends, and supporters to ride together in support of an important cause. Members of Team TDS participated in routes ranging from 38 miles to the full 150-mile ride from Austin to Bryan-College Station. The event reflected the dedication, teamwork, and community spirit that drives both the MS 150 and the TDS team every day.
Finish Line Celebration at Kyle Field
At the finish line celebration outside of Kyle Field, TDS hosted an interactive booth activation welcoming riders, families, and community members as they completed the ride. Guests participated in a fun waste sorting game designed to educate attendees about proper recycling, composting, and landfill diversion practices in an engaging way. The booth also featured Earth Day-inspired promotional giveaways and provided an opportunity for the TDS team to connect with local citizens and families while celebrating the accomplishments of riders crossing the finish line.
Looking Ahead
While 2026 marked TDS’ first year as a sponsor of Bike MS: ACC Texas MS 150, the event created meaningful connections with riders, volunteers, and communities across Central Texas. Supporting the ride aligned closely with TDS’ commitment to sustainability, community engagement, and expanding environmental services throughout the region. TDS looks forward to participating in future Bike MS events and continuing to support the mission of creating a world free of MS.
