Texas Disposal Systems, along with BGICO, LLC, and Texas Landfill Management, LLC, was recognized by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality as one of the winners of the Innovative Recycling and Landfill Management Technologies award at the 2026 Texas Environmental Excellence Awards. These are separate companies that work together to provide sustainable recycling and processing.

Austin FC and Q2 Stadium have emerged as leaders in sustainable venue operations, earning recognition from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality with the 2026 Texas Environmental Excellence Award in Innovative Operations/Management. Through a commitment to waste diversion and operational excellence, Austin FC has set a new standard for sustainability in sports and entertainment venues.
Texas Disposal Systems is proud to support these efforts as Austin FC’s Official Waste and Recycling partner. In addition to providing collection and hauling services, TDS helped design and implement the stadium’s on-site materials recovery facility, supporting Austin FC’s sustainability goals and helping maximize material recovery during events.
