Sarah Smith serves as the Director of Customer Experience for Texas Disposal Systems. In this role, she leads departments that interact with customers on a daily basis, including Customer Care, Billing, Accounts Receivables, Credit and Collections, as well as Account Processing teams.
Sarah has over ten years of experience managing customer service and billing offices in both private and governmental entities. She has always had a strong desire to work for companies whose focus was one of environmental stewardship and community leadership, which is what drew her to Texas Disposal Systems. Sarah completed her B.S. in biology at Sul Ross University.
