Industrial Information

TDS provides large rolloff boxes for industrial and retail businesses that generate a high volume of waste material. Large waste products, such as pallets or plastic wrap that require a larger container can benefit from the use of a waste-compacting system. This system can compact trash that can then be brought directly to the landfill for proper disposal.

• For construction, demolition or large retail customers, we offer open top containers which are 22 feet long, 7 feet wide and 4 to 8 feet tall, with a capacity of 20 to 40 cubic yards.

• TDS retrieves, empties and returns the container.

If you are a large retailer, TDS has a large 40 cubic yard container that can be equipped with a compaction unit that connects to an opening in the door.

The compactor pushes trash into the receiving container and begins compacting waste material until the container reaches full capacity. The compacting process enables the container to hold up to 200 cubic yards of uncompacted waste, thus reducing the number of trips required to pick up the waste. We think you’ll agree that renting the compactor is much more cost effective than contracting for multiple waste collection pick-ups.

The compactor can also be equipped with a chute that eliminates any concern of possible theft. Waste enters the compactor through the chute and does not leave until the compactor is emptied at the landfill. If your retail business receives numerous shipments in cardboard boxes, TDS has specific containers for cardboard waste. These special containers free up space in the compactor for other everyday waste. TDS can perform a waste audit to identify the most efficient and economical way to control the waste stream. Further, recycling materials can also reduce costs. TDS can design and fabricate waste-management systems that are specific to your needs!

Portable Storage Units (PSUs)

TDS also provides Portable Storage Units (PSUs) for storing valuable construction equipment, tools, supplies or excess inventories. Keep your site looking clean and secure with a TDS storage unit. You will also gain peace of mind with an optional tamper-resistant lock installed on your PSU. Moreover, TDS offers discounted rates on long-term PSU rentals, when you rent in conjunction with our rolloff services.

Mini Roll Off

Previously, homeowners, remodelers and the construction industry had few alternatives to the large Roll Off containers when the volume of waste was small and space availability was a concern. Our new boxes are available in a 14-cubic yard size and take up much less space. In addition, the height is only 5½ feet so loading is much easier. The smaller, lighter trucks can deliver the container to your home or job site without worry about driveway damage -- you can place the container closer to the job at hand.

Once your job is complete, give us a call and we will pick up the container. Items will then be disposed of at the TDS landfill where yard waste, tree trimmings and brush may be recycled into compost and mulch.
