Yes, however there is an additional $20 surcharge for special handling of Freon and compressor removal in appliances such as refrigerators, freezers and air conditioning units. All other appliances are no charge when taken to our metal pad at the TDS Landfill in Creedmoor |

Is the landfill open on Sundays? |

No. The landfill is only open for the receipt of waste Monday through Saturday. |

Will the landfill take tires? |
| A. |
Yes, however tires cannot be disposed of in the landfill without being split, quartered or shredded. Otherwise, tires are sent offsite for recycling. There is an additional charge per tire based on the tire size.

Yes; state regulations require us to assess a surcharge on all loads not tarped or strapped/tied down to assure litter does not blow off the load.

No, non-compactable materials taken to the landfill are charged at a higher rate since these material do not compact and take up more space
However some non-compactable materials if sorted and are free of trash are accepted at a lower rate |
